Bishop Smith serves as the chairperson for the International Singles Ministry Board and he is the State Youth and Christian Education Director of New York.

Bishop Smith comes to the office with a deep passion for the needs of singles and he is very committed to work with the International Youth and Christian Department to develop a relevant and vibrant ministry to singles.
